Vancouver long pool

Brothers and Sisters,

I just received an email from Vancouvers management. As a reminder to all engineers and conductors that work the Vancouver long pool.

In an effort to be consistent and in keeping with the agreement, I would ask that you please communicate with your members and have them in the mindset that when they are called to go to Pasco that they will traverse to the AFHT. Please ask them to not work/barter with the chief and ask to be flipped home. The agreements are pretty specific as you are aware of in section 8 (c) of the BLET VAWPAS agreement and section 6 (a) of the SMART VAWPAS agreement. Both agreements call for the crew to get to the AFHT and tie up, except in the extreme emergencies.
