A couple of you had inquired what the final tally of the votes concerning the Proposed Transportation Safety Agreement was.  The final vote total was 28 Against and 14 For.

ICP 2021

The BNSF has announced our 2021 ICP. The Carrier uses a 150 point scale on their handling for exempt ICP. The 120% figure they receive will translate to our members as follows:

120% of 150% management scale = 0.80 

Schedule engineers ICP is figured on a 100% scale. 0.80 of 100% = 80%

80 % of .0808 % (100% payout) = .06464   (FYI 8.08% is our Maximum)

Your 2021 ICP should equate to 6.464 % of Qualified Earnings
