Top Tips to reduce your mobile costs:

When possible, utilize Wi-Fi Calling on your device:

To enable, go to Settings>Phone>Wi-Fi Calling, toggle this phone, and enable

Use Skype or Teams App whenever possible while connected to Wi-Fi

Be mindful of data usage. BNSF leverages data pools and heavy usage may constitute higher bills and be reported to supervisors.

Data Overage rates:
Verizon- $10 per GB per line over pool allotment.
ATT- $15 per GB per line over pool allotment.

Note: Charges related to disconnected lines may appear up to 3 months after disconnect.

Brothers,

Attached is information regarding ESSB-5065, legislation known as the “Safe Leave Act for Washington State Railroad Workers”, currently in the Washington State House – Rules Committee. In order for this legislation to be passed by the entire State House of Representatives, it must be moved from the Committee to the House floor calendar for a vote. Time is of the essence to voice your opinion with your Representatives regarding the need for this legislation so please contact your Representatives as soon as possible!

As this is pertinent to Members who reside in the State of Washington, please distribute to your Divisions located there. Divisions  58, 104, 238, 402, 518 and 758 should be our focus for this message. As usual, I will follow with a link to a text for distribution in that manner as well. If you or any of your members have any questions about the below information please let me know. I had my first instance of someone asking for help with V-ILT this morning (they asked 45min after the start of the class) so I am trying to get ahead of this.

For WBTs and other training:

Need to ensure everyone has the SuccessFactors downloaded and synced to their mylearning. This will enable everyone to complete any WBT via their iPads.

For ILT:

Need to have already download the Zoom app. Open the SuccessFactors app and select the Transportation Rules Training; view registration, view details and the instructions for getting on the V-ILT Zoom call should be contained in the with Meeting ID and Passcode for that class.
