On January 23rd 2019 @ 1000 CT we will implement a change for ALL TYE, YDM, and DSP employees that when you type in or refresh the current link to Mobility ( www.bnsf.com/tye) you will then be taken directly to the Workforce Hub. This will only happen on a PHONE. After this change the only way TYE, YDM, Field Officers, and DSP employees will be able to access the Mobility site on the phone will be via a button on the home screen in the Workforce Hub.
Why are we doing this?
To start the transition away from the Mobility site for these work groups.
When are we doing this?
What will be affected?
All TYE and YDM employees will have to use the Workforce Hub to accept their on duty call if they have this option selected. All of these employees will still be able to accept their call via the IVR/VRU throughout this transition. Field Officer will now have to use this process outlined above as well to access Mobility for layoff maintenance.
