AGREEMENT
Between
THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN and SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
AND
THE BROTHERHOOD OF LOCOMOTIVE ENGINEERS AND TRAINMEN
In an effort to simplify manning crews and since the trainmen boards at Vancouver protect all unassigned work train service between Vancouver and Wishram, it is agreed to change the terminal for engineers protecting unassigned work train service between Vancouver and. Wishram. as follows:
It was agreed that all unassigned work train service between Wishram WA. and Vancouver WA. on the Fallbridge Subdivision will be protected by the Vancouver source of supply,.
It is further understood that this does not apply to work trains that are assigned by bid on the Fallbridge Subdivision. Seniority will continue to determine ownership of bulletined jobs.
